Cross Sectoral Solutions is a multi-year Public Health Agency of Canada initiative, where we are co-developing, adapting and evaluating an interdisciplinary pilot program to support survivors of gender-based violence living with suspected brain injuries live live-able lives! During this session, we will explore four ways our cross- disciplinary team puts our values into practice during the co-development phase of our project. This includes exploring what accountability and survivor-led means and looks like to us, the implications and necessity of “going slow to go far”, reframing expertise, language and thus process and outcome, and the necessity of embedded, expected and assumed flexibility.
